This is a permanent residency visa. This visa allows you to remain in Australia indefinitely and allows travel to and from Australia for a period of 5 years.

This visa is for applicants that have good English language skills and have qualifications or skills in need in the Australian labour market.

This visa is assessed on a points system and does not require sponsorship of any kind.

Applicants must satisfy threshold requirements.  You must have a skilled occupation on the S.O.L., have a minimum English level of six in every band of and I.E.L.T.S. and be under the age of 50 years when application is made.

65 points are required to obtain this visa and points are granted for;

You must be under the age of 50 years at the time of application and you must have skills or qualifications that meet Australian Standards for an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List.

This visa requires you to first obtain a successful skills assessment in your nominated occupation from the SOL prior to making application for a visa.

Visa Charges:
1^st installment of $2,960.00 (AUD) is payable at the time of making the application.
2^nd installment of $4,110.00 (AUD) must be paid before the visa is granted if you have dependant 18 years of age or older who have less than functional English.
