There are a number of visa options for business people.

Business people can apply for a visa to conduct short business visits, establish or manage a new or existing business or invest in Australia.

Generally business visas are based on your last four years business or investment experience, or you experience in a senior management position.

The program is easier for applicants under the age of 45 but you can apply up to the age of 55 years.  A higher business or personal asset position will aid and application.  A number of the business visa require sponsorship from a State or Territory government.
