Training

At Hunt Migration our most important investment is in the selection and success of our people. We are committed to your success and we follow this commitment with a wide spectrum of professional training in areas such as migration law, migration sales, technology, marketing and management.

Initially you will undertake a 28 day induction programme at the Brisbane Office. This course is designed to introduce you to the Hunt Migration systems and develop your skills and knowledge of the migration industry. This is followed up supervised training in your office to reinforce the administration and professional processes as well as to support you on your initial client appointments and interviews.

At Hunt Migration recruiting and staff development is the key to the success of the business. The fact is when your staff stop growing; your business will most likely stagnate. Whether you are an agent, lawyer or business owner employing a professional team, we will attend to the selection of your staff and the control and supervision of their professional development to ensure they are always at the forefront of migration law and professional practice.
